The Vineyards at Blue Point
Ornstein Leyton Company is developing a brand new condominium project for active adults 55 or better: The VIneyards at Blue Point, on Long Island’s beautiful and convenient South Shore.

This striking development—the result of a 3+ year effort working with the community and its elected leaders—has resulted in a comfortable community not only highly compatible with the surrounding neighborhoods, but sensitive to the area’s delicate environmental needs. Of the 65 acre site, 20 acres will remain undeveloped to provide natural buffers and protect the wetlands at the southern part of the property, complete with public access nature trails.

The current plan call for the Vineyards at Blue Point to offer 323 residences, with a portion dedicated to moderate income units. Older area residents will find a welcoming
new development that allows them to remain in the community where they have spent their lives and raised their children—and to continue enjoying today’s active lifestyle as a part of this well-equipped new residential condominium enclave.
