Now that we have been in the house over six months, we can really appreciate the architectural nuances and the quality of the construction. The quality of material used for exterior siding at Blind Brook Estates is also far superior to other sidings used in new construction. We are delighted with the appliances and we find that the utility bills for the new house are much less than the bills for our prior home.

The Reserve at Lake Mahopac
To all those who had a part in helping us settle into our new house at "The Reserve" in Mahopac, New York, we say "Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!" We have been in our house for just over three months, and it already feels very much like a home. We love it! We are pleased with the choices we made both with the standard options as well as with the upgrades. The Sales Director was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Our builder was also a professional and consistently available to us. We felt well taken care of, sensing a personal pride taken in all of the homes built at "The Reserve" by the builder and the Construction Office in general. Again, thank you for being an integral part of our new home experience. We will, of course, recommend your company to others looking to build a home.
